We make our tomato bisque soup from scratch using only wholesome ingredients. Eat in or take it home to share! Small (8oz) or Large (16oz).
We bake a specific quantity of cookie cakes each day/week. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can write a message on them for you if we have the staff, if not, we will provide you with icing and a pastry bag to write with. Cookie cakes are a large heart shaped chocolate chip cookie with a chocolate border and serve 5-8 people. Place your order online or come in to the bakery and pick one up today.

Their vegan gluten free chocolate cake with vanilla frosting is truly one of the best, if not the best, V/GF dessert I’ve ever had. I don’t even understand how they make it so moist p.s. if y’all made a vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookie I would never go anywhere else
Called in a custom cake for my dad’s birthday (German chocolate, his childhood fav). The man on the phone was super friendly and helpful. The cake was ready on the specified time/date and looked perfect. Pickup process was easy and quick. This is the only picture I could get before it was devoured and I had a hard time picking a spot for the candles, so it doesn’t look as perfect as it did when it picked it up. But, I can attest to how great it looked before my candle fiasco! And, the most important part, it was delicious! Perfect German chocolate cake. Thank you so much, my dad was so happy.
My husband’s favorite thing in the world (hopefully after me and our dog LOL) is chocolate chip cookies. We eloped in Boulder and they did a cookie cake for us. Easiest process ever. Ordered week before online, did exactly what I wrote, picked up, paid a fraction of what a wedding cake would be. Keep it in mind for a simple elopement cake that is sure to photograph well AND taste good! Wish we had more time to try other items as I did notice an incredible selection of vegan and gluten free. Thank you!!! Our photographers Hartley Wilderness who are credited for these photos also say they frequent here and they LOVE the desserts. Use them for your photo / video needs in Boulder. After someone shared some treats from @boulderbakedofficial at work, I had to go there and try some other items. So I’d already had a slice of red velvet cake at work and some random cupcake, so today so picked up a cookie dough, strawberry shortcake, cookies and cream, and a German chocolate cupcake. So far I’ve only eaten the strawberry shortcake and cookie dough but they were so moist and I love the airy, not overly sweet frosting. I had no idea they have grilled cheese sandwiches too. Very excited to go back soon.
My wife and I stopped on two separate occasions to Boulder Baked for some wonderful cookies. She heard about this place and knew I would enjoy the fact that they are made to order. We were able to order and pickup these cookies about 10-15 minutes after ordering. Pro Tip: Wait 25-30 minutes before eating these cookies as most of these cookies will melt right in your hand if you try to eat them right when you get them. My favorite flavor was the Peanut Butter M&M while my wife loved the Red Velvet. These cookies are definitely delivered on taste and quality. I would highly recommend coming here for your sweet tooth fix.
I used to go to the original Boulder Baked in downtown Boulder. I Moved out of Colorado in 2014 but visit friends occasionally. The last time I was here in 2022 I was delighted to find boulder baked in this little strip mall on Arapahoe, even though it wasn’t being done by the original owners Found it again today and I would like to report that the tomato bisque soup and the grilled cheese sandwich taste just as good as they always did in the past so whoever’s running it now has very good follow-through and attention to detail. And I got six wonderful cupcakes to take home to the people that I’m staying with Red Velvet, vanilla, coconut cream, pie, salted caramel, tiramisu, and strawberry shortcake I highly recommend you all stop by and get the same things. Great local cookies. I liked that they use natural ingredients. They bake the cookies while you wait, so right out of the oven. I like that the cookies are not huge like some of the other chain cookie stores. Just the right amount! We will be back, every flavor we tried, we thought was great.
I have never had a bad experience here. The service, the food, the cleanliness- 10/10. They are not paying me to say this. I am eating their soup right now and wishing I lived above the building so I could eat here every day. Gf/vegan options are DELICIOUS and they are very considerate about allergies. Ily boulder baked.
I really enjoy stopping in for a Roma Grilled-Cheese and a cup of soup. Their cookies and cupcakes are all fresh, and the assortment is great. I was also quite impressed by Milla. She was incredibly busy, but still made sure to greet me with a warm smile and got my order in really quickly. Great job, keep it up!
I’ve seen this place before but finally had the chance to stop in today. The cookies were absolutely delicious! I chose the chocolate chip then a cinnamon chocolate chip. I found out they have cupcakes. I’m going to have to come back to give them a try. There was at least 2 or 3 other people who were picking up cupcakes so they must be popular! Stop on by and give them a try!!
